To use ov999, you must register a single account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the device used or the mobile number registered — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ov999 will never ask you to share your password through any communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. You agree to notify ov999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ov999 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

ov999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that it reasonably believes is being operated in breach of these Terms, including accounts linked to fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform. Account verification (KYC) must be completed within 30 days of initial registration. Accounts that have not completed KYC within this period may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is concluded.

ov999 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All deposits are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with no conversion fees. The minimum deposit is ৳200. ov999 reserves the right to verify the source of funds for any deposit and may request supporting documentation where there is a reasonable suspicion of irregular activity.

Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification is complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. ov999 targets a processing time of 15 minutes for approved bKash and Nagad withdrawals, though actual transfer times may vary depending on the payment provider's processing schedule.

Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement having been fully met. Withdrawal requests submitted before the wagering requirement is satisfied will be held pending until the rollover is complete. ov999 reserves the right to deduct any outstanding bonus liability from a withdrawal amount in cases where a player chooses to close their account before completing the wagering requirement.

ov999 is committed to responsible gaming. All players have access to deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion tools directly from their account settings. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem are encouraged to use these tools proactively. Self-exclusion periods, once activated, cannot be reversed until the designated period expires. During a self-exclusion period, the excluded player's account will be locked and no deposits, wagers or withdrawals will be permitted.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on ov999 and will result in account suspension or permanent ban: (a) opening more than one account; (b) using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets; (c) colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes; (d) engaging in money laundering or any fraudulent financial activity; (e) making chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider after a deposit has been accepted by ov999; (f) providing false personal information during registration or KYC; (g) accessing ov999 using a VPN or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

ov999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the platform. Any accounts identified as being involved in money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity will be immediately frozen and reported to the relevant authorities. All funds in such accounts may be subject to confiscation in accordance with applicable law.

ov999 may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of ov999 following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.
